Pre-order Policy
By placing a pre-order with That’s So Fetch, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not yet in stock and will be shipped at a later date. Estimated shipping timeframes for pre-order items will be displayed on the relevant product page where available.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the item is being purchased on a pre-order basis and will not ship immediately.
3. Estimated Dispatch Dates
Any dispatch or shipping dates provided for pre-order items are estimates only. While we make every effort to dispatch pre-order items within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to production, freight, customs, supplier, or other unforeseen issues.
That’s So Fetch is not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.
4. Cancellations and Change of Mind
You may request to cancel a pre-order item for a full refund within 7 days of the order date by contacting our customer support team and providing your order number.
After this 7-day period, pre-order items cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded for change of mind, as production commitments and inventory allocations may already have been made.
5. Delayed Pre-Orders
If your pre-order item has not been dispatched within 21 days after the original estimated dispatch date, you may request cancellation of the affected pre-order item for a full refund to your original payment method.
This right applies only to the delayed pre-order item and does not apply to any in-stock items purchased in the same order, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may hold the order and ship all items together once the pre-order item becomes available.
If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Separate Pre-Order Shipments
If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different estimated dispatch dates, we may ship the items together once all items are available, or in separate shipments at our discretion.
8. Changes to Pre-Order Items
In rare circumstances, we may need to make minor changes to a pre-order item before dispatch, including changes to fabric, trim, packaging, or other non-material aspects of the product.
If a material change is required and significantly affects the item you purchased, we will notify you where reasonably possible.
9. If We Cancel a Pre-Order
If That’s So Fetch is unable to fulfil your pre-order for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the pre-order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
10. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds for cancelled pre-orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days, although banking and payment provider processing times may vary.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. Where required by law, your statutory rights will apply.
