    Unable to access refund

    My boyfriend purchased a prom dress for my daughter which did not fit. Requested a return and was issued a store credit and Im Unable to access store credit from refund. I Have emailed customer service several times stating this and get a generic response with again no instructions on how to access store credit from refund.
